About BOKAEI and these terms

BOKAEI is the handmade-hat brand operated by Erfan Bokaei in Montréal, Québec, Canada. These terms concern www.bokaei.shop, its gallery and consultation requests. Please use the site lawfully and respect the rights of others. Questions can be sent to bokaeiclothing@gmail.com.

Gallery and product information

The gallery presents individual creations, including pieces made for previous clients. A photograph does not mean a piece is in stock, available for sale or available for exact reproduction. Colours, textures and appearance may vary with screens, lighting and handcrafted finishes. Some images use styled or digitally composed atelier settings; they do not identify premises open to the public.

We aim to keep information accurate. Please confirm the materials, measurements, design, availability and other essential details with us before committing to an order.

Consultations and bespoke orders

Sending the form is an inquiry, not a purchase, payment, confirmed appointment or accepted commission. BOKAEI confirms appointments personally. The site currently has no checkout and does not collect payment-card details.

Before you enter into a purchase, we will provide the applicable written offer and required information, including the merchant’s identity and contact address, specifications, total price and currency, taxes and any delivery charges, payment or deposit terms, expected timing, and applicable cancellation and return terms. A stated budget is not a binding quotation. Any later purchase agreement remains subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Cancellations, returns and legal warranties

These website terms do not impose a blanket no-refund or final-sale rule for custom work. Any order-specific arrangements must be disclosed before you agree to the purchase. They cannot remove legal warranties, statutory cancellation rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

Designs, photographs and submissions

BOKAEI branding, original designs, photographs, videos and site content belong to BOKAEI or their respective rights holders. You may view the site, share its links and download the catalogue for personal reference. Commercial copying, resale or reproduction requires permission, except where the law permits otherwise.

Only send information or reference materials that you are entitled to share. Sending an idea does not transfer ownership of your work or grant permission to publish your name, image or testimonial. We use submissions to consider and respond to your request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and external services

Do not misuse the form, send unlawful or abusive content, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site or other visitors. Links to Instagram and other services take you to providers with their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site available, but access may be interrupted and information may require correction. Contact us to verify anything essential to your decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits applicable legal warranties, or waives a consumer’s statutory rights. No compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms.

Applicable law, language and updates

These terms are interpreted under the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, while preserving any mandatory protections and court rights available where you live. French, English and Persian versions are available through the language selector; no version is intended to deprive you of rights under Québec language or consumer law.

Material updates will appear here with a revised date and, where required, an appropriate notice. Changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted commission. Contact us if you need clarification before using a service or placing an order.
